About
Nick Zamora, the owner of Espo’s Restaurant & Bar in Raritan, New Jersey. Ever since I was a little kid, I had wanted to own a restaurant. Not just any restaurant, but a restaurant with roots in its community and a story. After coming to Espo’s my whole life as a customer, my dream finally came true in 2018. After an exciting renovation, and a refresh to our menu, we re-opened our doors in August of 2019, and I have never looked back. My main goal for Espo’s is to make sure it’s here to stay for generations to come.
Our restaurant’s foundation is built on family values, and I am honored to be a part of the generational growth of our clientele, while sharing some of the same food and drink as they did back in 1974. With a family of my own now, I strive to make memorable moments with my boys and am honored that Espo’s has been a place to celebrate life and create memories together at the dinner table.
When you come into Espo’s, make sure you say hello. I might be in the kitchen, or behind the bar making a martini, but my main goal is getting to know all of our great customers who have come in as friends, and who have left as family!
